The Pandharpur Temple is not just a temple. It is the destination of a lifetime pilgrimage for millions of Maharashtrians. Daily Darshan Timings for 2026

Nitya Pooja runs from 4:30 AM to 5:30 AM. Sarva Darshan, the general darshan, begins at 6:00 AM and continues until 11:00 AM. The temple then closes for Maha Nivedana, the food offering, from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM. Sarva Darshan resumes at 11:15 AM and continues until 4:30 PM.
Poshak is from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Darshan closes during this time. Sarva Darshan resumes at 5:00 PM and continues until 6:30 PM. Dhoop Aarti is from 6:45 PM to 7:00 PM. Darshan Pass Prices for 2026
The temple offers multiple darshan pass options. General Darshan is free. You stand in the general queue. The wait is long on weekends and unbearable on Ekadashi.
Special Darshan Pass costs between ₹100 and ₹300. This gives you a shorter queue and a designated entry lane. The wait reduces to one to two hours on normal days, three to five hours on Ekadashi.
VIP Darshan Pass costs between ₹1,000 and ₹2,500. This gives you priority entry and a closer view of the deity. The wait is thirty to sixty minutes on normal days, one to two hours on Ekadashi.
For Ashadhi Ekadashi, special passes are sold between ₹500 and ₹3,000. The prices vary depending on the demand. Book early.
How to Book Online
Online booking is the most reliable method. Visit the official website. Click on the Darshan Pass Booking option. Select your date and preferred time slot. Choose your pass type, Special or VIP. Enter your personal details, full name, mobile number, and ID proof number. Complete the payment online. After successful booking, you will receive an e pass via email.
Download the e pass. Take a printout and save a PDF on your phone. On the day of darshan, carry the printed pass and the original ID proof used during booking. The staff will verify both.

Ashadhi Ekadashi, also called Devshayani Ekadashi, falls on Saturday, 25 July 2026. This is the most important festival at the temple. The Warkaris walk for weeks to reach Pandharpur on this day. By road, the temple is about seventy five kilometers from Solapur. Buses run regularly. Taxis are available. If you drive, park in the designated areas and walk to the temple.
By air, the nearest airport is Solapur Airport, about seventy five kilometers away. Pune Airport is about two hundred fifty kilometers away. From the airport, take a taxi.
Accommodation Near the Temple
The temple trust runs dharamshalas. The rooms are simple. The prices are low. Book in advance during festival seasons. Private hotels near the temple are also available. Prices range from ₹800 to ₹2,000 per night.
During Ashadhi Ekadashi, accommodation is extremely difficult to find. Book at least two months in advance. If you cannot find a room in Pandharpur, stay in Solapur, about seventy kilometers away. Drive to Pandharpur early in the morning on the day of your darshan.
Dress Code and Rules
Modest clothing is expected. Men should wear dhoti kurta or full length trousers with a shirt. Women should wear saree or salwar kameez. Shorts and sleeveless tops are not appropriate.
